there is no problem with a system( the same for everybody), there is no problem with men, there is no problem with woman, there is a problem inside person:what wants from life, how open is, how effective work do. man and woman, they both can be too shy, lack of confidence or have too big ego or have skiils. we concentrate on woman but also because of this we say people somebody is worst. and then they remembre that woman are worst(they not ofcourse) and they say to thierself: I am woman, I will not handle and they don’t try. but its is the characteristic of woman that are not sure of thier cualifications(also the same with men). I belive in myslelf. I don’t need any feministic help only because my apperience and because I am a woman. but also I know that in a physical area I am different in some ways: like communication nad how I ,,translate” observations . your article says about it. thanx
